Who Are They?
Belleair Holidays focuses on holidays to Malta, whether you are looking just for flights or for an overall package deal. As an extension to Malta (as well as the Maltese islands), you can also book a holiday to Sicily through Belleair. The company is actually part of the Holiday Malta Company Limited, the Air Malta london subsidiary.
Belleair aren’t new to the game, having flown people out to this Beautiful country for over 35 years now, while this is reflected in their deep knowledge and perfect treatment of their customer base.
The company is protected by ABTA and ATOL, meaning you can book with comfort in mind.
What Type Of Holiday?
They offer a full range of hotels, from cheap and cheerful to five star luxury. The properly luxurious hotels in Malta are stunning and offer such a nice view, so the temptation is definitely there to pay that little extra and really enjoy your stay. However they don’t just offer hotels, you can also get yourself a nice villa for the week, an apartment where you can cook up your own food or even a farmhouse.
Many of the hotels in Malta have amazing spa facilities, so if this is something that will impact your decision, make sure you look up details about what the hotel offers and if there are any extra charges. I wouldn’t visit one that didn’t have massages available, with a good reputation for staff being respectful.
As Malta is a little island in the Mediterranean sea, it is almost impossible not to be near the beach. For this reason, most people heading to Malta are after a beach break, so this is what Belleair have specialised in. Make sure you look up the different beach destinations before you book a hotel, as this could also influence your decision, such as whether you want a loud beach with plenty of bars or you’re after a more family friendly location with fun for the kids. You can take your pick from St. Julian’s Bay (my favourite), Sliema, Mellieha Bay, Kappara, Qawra, Salina Bay, Bugibba and St. Paul’s Bay.
If you have any added questions, the Maltese tourist board are also very respondent, so you can also try them for any added questions you may have before heading out there.
Belleair Holiday Reviews
This is another tour operator which has a high rating on Google reviews, through the use of Feefo, which I feel indifferent about as I do feel this can be manipulated, so they can have the star rating when typing them in on Google. Despite this, I will point out they have a 89% positive rating, from 34 reviews, which puts them at 4.5 out of 5.
Most importantly, there aren’t entire sites and webpages dedicated to how appalling this company is, which many competitors do have. Read into that what you will, but I see that as a definitely positive sign and would make me feel at ease.
