Having lived in Brighton for most of our lives and both loving a good drink, it was only a matter of time before myself and Raquel would attempt to take on every bottomless brunch in Brighton!
We have listed all of the best options available to you that we will happily put our names behind. All have been tested in person (of course), so read on for our list of the best boozy brunches in Brighton.
The Seahorse
Ok, my new favourite boozy brunch spot in Brighton. Let’s start with the views, you’re right on the seafront and we arrived for sunset, so talk about a romantic location for your drinks and dinner.
Then we get to the drink inclusions, you have several options based on what you want, with just prosecco or beer being £45, cocktails added being £55, rose added for £65 or champagne added for £85. The cocktails included the likes of espresso martini and paloma, ones that often don’t make the boozy brunch lists so I was very happy!
The food was also beyond what you usually expect, with options like a flat iron steak, a Sri Lankan curry or a butternut squash risotto. You also get starter nibbles, something I’ve also never seen before with a deal like this, which is ideal while your waiting for your food to be made.
This isn’t the option if you’re on a big hen do or a wild party night out, this is more of a couples date night or anniversary evening feel.
- Date: Every Friday, 6pm
- Length: 90 minutes
- Price: £45 per person + (£55 if you want cocktails)
- Drinks: Unlimited prosecco, mimosas & beer (for an extra charge, cocktails, rose, champagne)
- Food: Steak, British cuisine
Barbara’s Bier Haus
Barbara’s Bier Haus opened up down the bottom of West Street (the road straight down from the station) and has taken Brighton by Storm, with some wild nights and great themed parties.
They’ve got a karaoke room, multiple TV’s playing live sports and of course, a boozy brunch offering which was full to the brim, so expect to book in advance.
With the bottomless brunch, you can get lager, cider, cocktails or of course, prosecco. If you don’t fancy ordering one drink at a time, you can get the drinks in a tower for certain drink options, so we got this for the Aperol Spritz.
They also provide pizzas, brought out one at a time for 1-2 people. The events run every Saturday between 2pm and 3:30pm.
- Date: Every Saturday, 2pm
- Length: 90 minutes
- Price: £30 per person
- Drinks: Unlimited prosecco, cocktails & beer
- Food: Pizza
Gamestars Drag Brunch
If you want some entertainment with your drinks then this is the boozy brunch for you! With a drag & cabaret show, the host will walk everyone through a number of TV gameshow games and challenges.
Ideal for hen weekends and birthday parties, this event runs every Saturday at 12 midday till around 3:30pm, with the bottomless brunch lasting 90 minutes.
You will have time to eat your meal and drink copious amounts of alcohol before the show starts at 1pm. If someone in the group isn’t a drinker, that’s not a worry as they can spend £7.50 less and get the non-alcohol version.
Food Options
- Eggs benedict
- Eggs Florentine

- Miso roasted mushrooms and Mediterranean vegetables
- The Big Brunch Bun (what I opted for and loved)
Taking place at the Walrus, you’re guaranteed high quality food (this pub is well recognised for having one of the best Sunday Roasts in Brighton).
- Date: Every Saturday, between 12-2:30pm and 3:15-5:30pm
- Length: 60 Minutes bottomless, 3.5 hour event
- Price: £48 per person
- Drinks: Unlimited prosecco, beer or cider
- Food: Breakfast
The Breakfast Club

Also nicely named as ‘Toasted’ (I see what you did there), the Breakfast Club offers an amazing bottomless brunch option in the heart of Brighton. The service was incredibly quick, despite there being a good few tables occupied, with everyone looking extremely happy as you look around.
While you enter through the main floor, the upstairs is purely dedicated to people who are booking a bottomless brunch event, therefore the staff understand you’re all after the same thing and are ready with drinks in hand.
The middle floor is for people making normal restaurant bookings, while the downstairs is where the toilets are, which consists of quite a large number of private unisex cubicles, meaning me and Raquel never once had to queue for the toilets.

We both have a very similar taste in food, so we both opted for the disco hash, which consists of fried egg, mojo picon, hot harissa cheese sauce, pink pickled onions, jalapenos, pickled red cabbage, chimichurri, spring onion and coriander, on crispy homestyle potatoes.
I was initially tempted by this option thanks to Chimichurri, which I loved eating while in Argentina, but we were both amazed at how nice this dish was. Obviously, we know most might opt for a ‘full monty’ English breakfast, but we wanted to try something different and we’re so glad we did.
A QR code is placed on the table, which you can use to find the menu on your phone, where there are plenty of options, catering to various diets and tastes.
The décor is funky, staff are incredibly quick and friendly, the environment is lively and happy while the food tastes amazing, what more could you ask for?
- Date: Every Saturday, between 3/3:30pm start time
- Length: 2 hours
- Price: £40 per person
- Drinks: Unlimited prosecco, bucks fizz, beer, Bloody Mary & Kentucky Iced Tea
- Food: Breakfast
Las Iguanas

Located on Jubilee street in the heart of Brighton, Las Iguanas has long been known as an interesting option if you’re looking for cocktails.
The décor in Las Iguanas is also incredibly vibrant and lively, with multiple bright colours used throughout the room.

While the £29.95 per person booking gets you prosecco or draught beers, you may want to chip in an extra £5 per person in order to get a selection of 6 cocktails.
These included Mango Collins, Huana Party, Caipiroska, Cuba Libre, Passion Sour Bomb or Strawberry Caipiroska.

Of those options, my favourites were the Huana Party and the Strawberry Caipiroska. I’d not heard of the Huana party before, but it included Beefeater gin, Huana, funkin passion fruit, bottlegreen elderflower and apple.
You can book a table on their website or on Fizzbox, or you can simply walk-in, depending on availability, but I’d generally recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

The food actually included a starter as well as a main, which I liked, as it offers you a cheeky chance to try two dishes from the menu.
The guy serving us was beyond friendly, he tried to help at every possible moment.
- Date: Sunday-Friday 11:00-17:00 and Saturdays 11:00-15:00
- Length: 1.5 hours
- Price: £39.95 per person (add £5 for cocktails)
- Drinks: Unlimited prosecco or draught beer
- Food: Latin food

I hope you found this list useful! I will potentially add to this list over time as I test out new and exciting bottomless brunch options in Brighton.
What time do bottomless brunches start in Brighton?
The times will vary between venues, but the concept is that you’re arriving at the traditionally unpopular times, so around 1pm-4pm arrivals.
This was the period of time bars and restaurants weren’t making much money, so it filled an empty gap in a very clever way, ensuring they got a decent investment up-front from every customer.
What is included in a bottomless brunch?
The basic necessity is some form of food, along with unlimited prosecco. Now these might vary quite a bit, so not everyone wants prosecco, therefore some will include juice and beer as alternatives. You can also often pay a bit more for cocktails to be included, while others will just include them straight away. Very rarely, you will get venues offering spirits and mixers with this deal.
In regards to the food, this is normally a proper meal, while it depends on the venue but it could be a burger, pizza or a burrito.
How Long Does A Boozy Brunch Last?
There are two popular times, either 1.5 hours or 2 hours. This is something I quickly look at when comparing options, as you obviously get a lot more for your money if it’s 2 hours.
You should however make sure that they actually serve for the entire 2 hours, some will stop serving 15 minutes before the 2 hours is up, warning you that it will be your final top up.
Can you bring kids to bottomless brunch in Brighton?
This depends on the venue rules on child access, but as this takes place in a bar, the general rules are either no or yes if accompanied by an adult. I’ve seen parents come with prams.
Having said that, I would strongly recommend against it, as people get horrifically drunk and it’s not the best place to bring a kid.
How do I find the best bottomless brunch near me?
For a start, you read articles like mine! There are a number of great Brighton brunch spots, so it all depends on your personal taste, from the best food option to whether you want a theme or a show included.
Beyond Googling, you can also contact a number of venues to see if they’re offering a bottomless brunch in Brighton, while most will list these details on their website as they’re hoping to book you in advance.
